Don't confuse it with the other Fersal Place in Maginhawa. It's a great place though!

Rooms were spacious and cleaned. Worth the price paid. Staff was friendly but they tried to take additional Peso 500/- from me as we were three. But my booking was for three adults and I had make them double check on my booking through Agoda. Until then they did not give me the third bath towel I asked for. This was disturbing but other than that everything was fine. I do not take the breakfast although it was available. So can't comment on that.

Our fave value-for-money hotel whenever we're in QC. Feels homey. Good food selections nearby. One of our fave resto, Trrllis, is just right across the street. Staff are pleasant and responsive.

Affordable and spacious. Staff was friendly but they tried to take an additional 500 Pesos from me saying that we were three Peron's in the room. But my booking was for two adults and a child. I asked him to go through my booking details again. Until this was cleared he did not have the third towel sent in as I requested for my Son, and it was a bit disturbing. However, they were as friendly as this country is known.

Very affordable and near to the office where me and my partner got married. The room was spacious and clean. And staffs are helpful and pleasant to talk to.

Affordable and spacious. Close to everything in Diliman QC (restaurants, Pure Gold Jr, gas stations, public transportations. Very helpful staff. Clean bathrooms. Breakfast provided. If you're facing Kayalaan street, it can be noisy during the day. No microwaves.

The price for walk in is very expensive than on the website, worth Php700 is the difference online.No hot shower, no offered meals for the worth of Php2300 in just one night stay and guess what! we paid this in cash no certain explanation why credit card mode of payment is not working. Good thing here is clean.

Location is perfect (walking distance from Quezon City Hall and nearby restaurants in Matalino St.) Very spacious and tidy rooms; bathroom is complete with hot/cold shower and bidet; with fast wifi connection Front desk is sometimes unattended especially during late night/wee hours of the morning; does not provide an extra key card for shared rooms
